easy to get an extra plate you would think? but no seems only from China.
So ordered one and yep not quality control on size. it was too big so had a choice, send it back or modify. I took the second option being too expensive to return
A little grinding down on the side and bottom worked as shown in the photo.
Full camcorder setup with plate ,just need to paint it black later on whee I ground it down
