Tory MP accused of watching pornography in Commons chamber

Aren’t they only allowed to stand when actually speaking or calling on the speaker to be allowed to speak? Hence the term and why they look like a lot of Jack in the Box’s at question time.

Look forward to:

  • Absolutely no porn was watched.
  • There was porn, but I was ambushed by it.
  • I’m furious that nobody advised me it was porn.
  • Who doesn’t watch porn at work, really.
  • It would be wrong to pre-empt the porn inquiry.
  • MOVE ON, YOU PRUDES. THERE’S A WAR ON!

Good swerve Mr Fraggle…

One thing, about using your mobile in Parliament, is that some joker, or enemy, could easily send you a Porn laden message, complete with loud grunts and pictures, so as to catch you out when you open it.

If you have your mobile on silent, that’s not enough as your neighbour might still catch sight of it and turn you in.

As usual, some opposing members will stir it up, as much as possible, when all that happened was a stupid prank, which happens, quite often, at schools, etc., so I’m told!

Well, I hope it was just a prank - i.e. not a deliberate trick by the opposition!

The member watching the porn had been caught more than once or would you have us believe that he fell for the same prank twice?
Next you will be telling us that there were no parties at number 10.

Summer I wouldn’t mind betting that’s why they didn’t remove the whip. Rather they’ve sent it for investigation.

Not impossible. The alternative is to keep your phone switched off, but there may be reasons,

Why always assume guilty until proven innocent?

What is there to investigate? We all know that investigations where MP’s are concerned are deliberately and unnecessarily lengthy exercises and usually end in a whitewash.

The other Member didn’t think that way & took the decision to report it.

(and to tell the world!)

Lost me here, the other member didn’t think what way?
And as for telling the world I think you will find she omitted the MP’s name which seems a bit pointless.

I’ve already said, that I think they’ve sent it for investigation rather than withdrawing the whip, because if they had, then we’d all know who it was and speculation is, is that it’s a Minister.

According to The Telegraph, the person facing the accusations is not a relatively new MP and was not in the intakes of Tories in the 2015, 2017 and 2019 elections.

A top Tory was watching porn on his mobile phone in the House of Commons while sitting alongside a female minister, the Mirror can reveal.

And who actually made the accusation or is that another state secret?

I think it was two female MPs not just one.
