  • Mind your diet. …
  • Mental health matters. …
  • Stay physically active. …
  • Lower your stress. …
  • Quit smoking and decrease alcohol consumption. …
  • Get enough sleep.

So are you of an age where people normally swing over streams on a rope tied to a tree? If you are, I suggest you carry on doing it after you reach the age when you shouldn’t be doing it. :slightly_smiling_face:
