It strikes me that whilst Trump is now bumbling around trying to broker a deal so he can wriggle out of the fray with ego intact that Netanyahu, strangely silent in the diplomatic talks arena, is busy pounding the hell out of Lebanon before a ceasefire impedes his own objectives.
