The Humanitarian Crisis In Gaza šŸ‡µšŸ‡ø

Israeli military spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari described the raid on Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis as ā€œprecise and limitedā€,

Weā€™ve heard that before never seen any evidence of it though.

The Algerian resolution did not link a ceasefire to the release of hostages.

It separately demanded an immediate humanitarian ceasefire and the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages.

ā€œThe message given today to Israel with this veto is that it can continue to get away with murder,ā€ Palestinian UN envoy Riyad Mansour told the council.

Israelā€™s UN Ambassador Gilad Erdan said the word ceasefire was being mentioned ā€œas if it is a silver bullet, a magical solution to all of the regionā€™s problemsā€.

ā€œA ceasefire achieves one thing and one thing only ā€” the survival of Hamas,ā€ Mr Erdan said.

ā€œA ceasefire is a death sentence for many more Israelis and Gazans.ā€

well I think you are actually guaranteeing the survival of Hamas with your needless murdering and starving of innocent families.

I donā€™t know what was going on in Westminster But not itā€™s going to help stop children getting blown up unless they turn words into actions.

So sad that he died, what a hero for trying to bring attention to the genocide that has been going on right in front of our eyes. Shame on the US and the UK and all the other nations funding and supporting it.

RIP Aaron Bushnell - the world needs more people like you in it, and less like them.

ā€œThe Zionists indeed learnt well from the Nazis. So well that it seems that their morally repugnant treatment of the Palestinians, and their attempts to destroy Palestinian society within Israel and the occupied territories, reveals them as basically Nazis with beards and black hats.ā€ ~ Norman Finkelstein

At least 104 people were killed and 760 injured in a chaotic incident where Israel Defense Forcesā€™ troops opened fire as hungry Palestinian civilians were gathering around food aid trucks, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.

CNN is unable to independently confirm these numbers.

Civilians had swarmed around newly arrived aid trucks in the hope to get food, when Israeli tanks and drones started shooting at the people in Haroun Al Rasheed Street in western Gaza City, in the Sheikh Ajleen area.

An Israeli official told CNN IDF troops did use live fire on people surrounding aid truck as ā€œthe crowd approached the forces in a manner that posed a threat to the troops, who responded to the threat with live fire. The incident is under review.ā€

The aid trucks tried to escape the area, accidentally ramming others and causing further deaths and injuries, the eyewitnesses added to CNN.

Dr. Amjad Eleiwa at the Al Shifa Hospitalā€™s emergency room told CNN 40 of the people who were killed had arrived at the hospital.

Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya from Kamal Adwan Hospital told CNN that another 10 killed individuals had arrived at the hospital, while Al Awda Hospital in Jabalya confirmed the arrival of 3 other killed individuals.

The death toll and number of injured is expected to increase as many bodies and people are still out on the street, with ambulances struggling to reach those in need because rubble is blocking the way, Ahmad Abu Al Foul told CNN.

Responding to CNN, the IDF said ā€œthe incident is under review.ā€

Not just starving them but killing survivors queuing for food.

A common strategy used to rationalize and facilitate the extermination of human beings is to place them under extremely harsh conditions that make them behave in ways that can be portrayed as pathological when measured against normal standards of conduct absent such pressures

Well done George Galloway :038:

Heā€™s been a long standing supporter of Gaza (and no doubt the reason why the media has tried to manipulate so many people against him - good job most people are smart enough to see through their nonsense!!)

Here he is many years ago:

They die in all kinds of places and ways. Broken under the rubble of their homes, blasted by explosives, punctured by high velocity bullets, cut open by flying shards of metal.

And now - as the war enters its fifth month - death from hunger has come to haunt Gaza

It shows how desperate the situation is when they have to resort to the inefficient tactic of air drops to feed the people.

The US decision to [start parachuting aid] into the besieged Palestinian territory has many figures in the humanitarian and diplomatic sector deeply frustrated.

They ask what could be a more absurd example of the worldā€™s failure to help Gazans than the sight of the US Air Force dropping food by parachute while hundreds of aid trucks are queued just outside the border?

The volume of food ā€” 38,000 meals ā€” was equivalent to about ā€œhalf a truckā€ of supplies, the former USAID mission director to the West Bank and Gaza, Dave Harden, told ABC RN Breakfast. Hardly enough to make a meaningful impact.

And Biden is only doing this looking for votes.
