Cooper and other government ministers have repeatedly claimed:
Palestine Action attacks people, not just weapons-making equipment
Palestine Action is funded by Iran or another hostile power
Palestine Action attacks Jewish-owned businesses based on racism
Palestine Action has plans for future unspecified appalling terrorist acts
In fact none of this is backed up by the assessment of the governmentâs Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre which forms the basis of the proscription of Palestine Action.
Equality before the law has disappeared in the UK.
( Yvette Cooper is a member of Labour Friends of Israel and has received ÂŁ215,000 from the Zionist lobby â which is ÂŁ215,000 more than Palestine Action ever received on behalf of a foreign power.)
Last month, Senator Wong said Australia contributed F-35 âcomponents and parts that are non-lethal in natureâ.
Senator Shoebridge described the governmentâs comments as âexcruciatingâ.
âInternational law is crystal clear, parts of weapons are weapons,â he said.
âI want to be very clear, when the Albanese government says to the Australian public Australia doesnât export weapons to Israel, this is them actively misleading the public.â
They say Israeli authorities âhave rejected requests from dozens of non-governmental organisations to bring in lifesaving goodsâ, citing the new rules. More than 60 requests were denied in July alone.
Aid groupsâ inability to deliver aid has âleft hospitals without basic supplies, children, people with disabilities, and older people dying from hunger and preventable illnessesâ, the statement said.
Sean Carroll, CEO of American Near East Refugee Aid (Anera), said: âAnera has over $7 million worth of lifesaving supplies ready to enter Gaza â including 744 tons of rice, enough for six million meals, blocked in Ashdod just kilometers awayâ
Bushra Khalidi, Oxfam Policy Lead, said Israel had rejected more than $2.5m (ÂŁ1.8m) of goods from entering Gaza.
Holocaust survivor Stephen Kapos joins us in the studio to deliver a searing critique of Israelâs actions in Gaza, Keir Starmerâs leadership, and the UKâs political establishment. Drawing on his own childhood experiences of persecution, Stephen reflects on the dangers of racism, militarism, and the misuse of Holocaust memory to justify oppression.
A lifelong activist, Stephen shares how visits to Israel opened his eyes to the realities of occupation and systemic discrimination against Palestinians. He condemns the disproportionate attacks on Gaza, the ongoing humiliation in the West Bank, and the UK governmentâs military and diplomatic support for Israel
Stephen also details his experiences at pro-Palestine protests, including increased police hostility and attempts to provoke unrest. As a Jewish voice in these demonstrations, he challenges the false narrative that Jewish communities uniformly support Israeli policy, exposing how antisemitism accusations have been weaponised to silence criticism
âAfter decades of international pressure and freezes, we are breaking conventions and connecting Maale Adumim to Jerusalem,â Smotrich said.
âThis is Zionism at its best - building, settling and strengthening our sovereignty in the Land of Israel.â
Announcing the plan at a news conference with settler organisation Yesha Council Chairman Israel Ganz and Maale Adumim Mayor Guy Yifrach, Smotrich said the land had been given to the Jews by God.
Israeli NGO Peace Now said: "The Netanyahu government is exploiting every minute to deepen the annexation of the West Bank and prevent the possibility of a two-state solution.
"It is clear to everyone today that the only solution to the conflict, and the only way to defeat Hamas, is through the establishment of a Palestinian state alongside Israel.
"The Government of Israel is condemning us to continued bloodshed, instead of working to end it.
The US State Department said it was halting all visitor visas for individuals from Gaza while it conducted âa full and thoroughâ review.
The Palestine Childrenâs Relief Fund said the decision to halt visas would deny access to medical care for wounded and sick children in Gaza.
âThis policy will have a devastating and irreversible impact on our ability to bring injured and critically ill children from Gaza to the United States for lifesaving medical treatment â a mission that has defined our work for more than 30 years,â it said in a statement.
âI oppose genocide. I support Palestine Action.â
Says retired British Army officer Col. Chris Romberg, who is the son of a Holocaust survivor and 1 of the 522 people arrested in London for protesting UK complicity in Israelâs war on Gaza.
Starmer has made the Labour party unelectable - I doubt they will recover from this anytime soon.
This is quite possibly a new low. A girl is getting water for her family. Thatâs all sheâs doing - you can see the water carrier. Sheâs no threat to anyone. The sniper whoâs filming her pulls the trigger, and she just DISAPPEARS.
In April, thousands of reservists signed letters demanding that the government stop the fighting and instead focus on reaching a deal to bring back the hostages being held in Gaza.
Last June, 41 officers and reservists sent a letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Israel Katz accusing the government of waging an âunnecessary, eternal warâ in Gaza and announcing they would no longer take part in it.
According to Israelâs national broadcaster Kan, only 60 per cent of soldiers are now showing up for reserve duty â roughly half of the 120 per cent recorded in the early days of the war.
Of course they are not concerned for the Palestinians just the hostages and themselves.
