Thank you @SilverTabby

We have given the dogs their monthly trim this morning and noticed a new lump has appeared on Alfie’s tummy. He has developed many fatty lumps over his life which are pretty harmless and don’t cause him any pain or distress but this one is different, it feels very hard and looks angry in it’s colouring, so it’s a trip to the vet for him if we can get in!

At the moment we have to just send photos or videos on WhatsApp for them to triage them first so we are just awaiting a return call now. I do hope they stop this nonsense soon and get back to normal, it’s just as if they don’t want to see your pets at the moment yet they always seemed so caring before Covid…:rage:

Hope very much it is nothing serious.

@Barry - Must be very worrying for you - hope all goes well.

Barry, that must be a worry with Alfie, I do hope it turns out to be nothing to worry about.

My vet has been seeing clients again for ages now. I am amazed yours is still messing about with videos etc. We have to wear a mask, and do a hand wash in the waiting room, and only one person can go in with the animal, but that’s fine by me.
I don’t see how they can see, feel, measure, and perhaps take a needle biopsy by video!

Good luck, and let us know how it goes, won’t you.
