Strictly Come Dancing 2013 line-up

Craig said on Take Two programme last night, that he is having his hip operation in 2 weeks time. Does this mean we will have a replacement judge for a few weeks?

Oh yes, agree with that - Mark Benton, he looks so cuddly and got a lovely smile as you say.

Isn’t it a fact, that a smile ‘makes’ a person … Cant beat it …

Oh - didn’t realise it was so soon, haven’t heard about a ‘replacement :-p’ judge …

No, neither have I Pats CG, are you still waiting for the letter to come as well?

My favourites tonight were Susannah, Rachel and Ashley - all three of them looked so much more comfortable and really learning more each week. My favourite dance was definitely the Vienesse Waltz (but I’d say that whatever the other dances were  ).

Who do you think has improved the most and which was your favourite dance?

I know not many of us are keen on the girl from Corrie, but she did do a good dance tonight.
Susannah and Ashley were my favourites from tonight.

Fiona and Deborah have improved, Ben’s routine was also better.

I agree with Val that Natalie stood out tonight. I find though that I’m looking at Artem more than at his partner!!

I liked Ashley too and, for sheer entertainment, Dave.

Ashley and Natalie for me last night …
Artem is a magnificent dancer and choreographer - hard to beat …
Natalie was a lucky gal to land Artem …She is very musical tho’ and does a good interpretation …
Brucie back - YAY !

Artem could even make the ‘Rumba’ very watchable :-p

She also trained as a dancer before she had an injury that prevented her from pursuing dancing as a career - that’s why I’m not interested in how well she does plus, she comes across as a bit arrogant, knowing she is better.

For me, it is watching someone with two left feet learning to dance, watching the improvements week by week. I think this was Denise van Outen’s downfall - she started off at a high level but stayed on one level because of it. You wouldn’t get Natalie kicking her instructors shin by mistake

I agree - I love to be totally surprised by someones progress, always root for them if they master it, most - if not all of the winners have been total amateurs - Fab !!

Remember last year’s winner? Harry somebodyorother from McFly? He was useless when he first started but ended up winning it (and he was my favourite to win as well - he ended up so good). Do you think the rugby player chap this year could be a dark horse? He did quite well last night (all things considered).

Ashley looks good to me, reminds me of Tom Chambers, need to see some more to be sure …same for a couple of others too …

Surprise, surprise, Julien pulled out all the stops in his dance off against Vanessa and all four judges gave him the vote tonight.
I thought he danced quite well this week, he just has to learn to keep quiet and not get over excited…

So it’s goodbye to Vanessa, she tried her best but it wasn’t good enough.

Yes Mags, I’m not keen on Julian when he starts showing off.

I knew Julien would get the vote, he did better than last week …
Maybe he’ll get the elbow next week :-p

I don’t watch the Sunday show unless there’s a singer on that I like so I’m surprised to hear Vanessa went instead of Julian - mind you, did you see the judges faces when she had a pop back at Craig? Maybe that’s why.

Yes, I’ll miss Vanessa and Craig’s little slanging matches, wish the poof had gone! Did you see the cartoon of him in the Eye this week?

Rock on, Hairy Dave!
