Well I still receive my cheques by ‘snail mail’ and when paid into the PO there was no problem.

A few years ago I tried to go paperless and requested user name and password from Ernie. The rubbish they sent didn’t work, nothing I did wrong, their fault entirely, I wrote and told them the info they sent me didn’t work, never got a reply, so I have stayed with ‘snail mail’ ever since :lol:

I went “paperless” and set everything up for both of us on-line at NS&I’s website ages ago. It’s dead easy, just follow their instructions. You’ll HAVE to do something soon because NS&I is changing how they do things.
