One thing that we’ve all learned, I think, is that you can bring down a Government if you repeat trivial allegations often enough.

If you say so doesn’t look that simple to me .
I find it strange that anything with even a whiff of contentiousness is zapped into the ‘controversial category ( got to keep the oldies on safe and fluffy subjects else the old beggars might get out of hand )
Yet at the same time the same old dears are expected to master and remember umpteen steps to do some computer procedure .
