The Black Bombers battery arrived Felixstowe yesterday, gonna load the Black Bomber into the van next week and take it to an auto electrician to extend the motor cables etc.
Spent some time yesterday refining the restraint system for the Black Bomber, the battery has just cleared customs so all systems go.

Thanks gum, that thought is always in the back of the mind, the Battery is still showing Customs Clearance at Lowestoft donât matter, ainât got no âMeâ time at the moment but that will change at the end of the week when I can readopt the Lads behaviour pattern and zap back to the 70s 
The foot pegs are now fixed solid, no pretend peddling going on here so until legalized, not sure where I am going to test this out?

Battery has arrived, need to step up the peripheral devices.

I can think of a few other bodies that life needs breathing into!!
Donât go there gum, electrical discharge is a clean affair, biological discharge is another matter
Got the top off today, and very pleasant it was too, just the right day, not burnt to a crisp

Been doing battle with the Black Bomber this afternoon, the battery weighs a ton so I made a cardboard template to see if would fit in frame and it wouldnât, I stipulated the highest capacity available, the capacity governing the physical size of the battery, due to the number of individual cells, this one is 52 Amp hour. So,I had to get the metal cutting disc into the angle grinder and take about 10mm of the bottom of the side aperture.
Next, once again due to the battery size, I had to re-drill the motor power cable higher up to miss the battery.
Now to the biggest problem, the cable on the hub motor is to short, it was supplied from China like that, the three large cables Green Blue and Yellow have to go over the battery (cardboard mockup) through the hole in the frame and to the controller (about a foot short) the wires to the multiplugs, phase wires need to be extended by about six inches to meet their counterparts already inside the frame. to get this done, I need to remove the hub motor rear wheel and take it along to an auto electrician with the relevant cable for extending.
