These are good. Better than the B&W. ![]()
Thank you d00d!
Different perhaps?
Colour film has more latitude than black and white as I’m sure you know, easier to use. I just got a bit tired of the stressy, edgy monochrome thing. I’m still using it I have a roll in the Pentax K1000! ![]()
Definitely some of the finest photos are done in B&W, but B&W is harder to get right. That’s what you just said I believe. So I stick to colour. ![]()
I tried some macro yesterday, with a lens I haven’t used in a couple of years, and I like it more now.
Behave! ![]()
I am ‘not’ just going to stick with colour , there’s nothing wrong with a challenge. Practice makes perfect, well adequate perhaps in my case ![]()
A bit like getting to grips with your macro… just keep at it! ![]()
Do you know what it is?
At my very first glance I immediately thought it was some kind of gear shift - I don’t drive! But no, I don’t. I’m sure one of our fellow members will!
Inside of a watch?
Sorry, not a gear shift or anything along those lines.
Sorry it’s not a watch.
its the cork of a very expensive wine, innit
How about a clue?
I’ve been trying to work out what kind of material it is. There’s obviously a brushed effect, is it a metal?
Not cork but metal (of sorts), not wine but beer.
So it’s part of a keg of some sort?
google AI says you are mathematically much less than half right.
B****X to AI! ![]()

Shows that AI has a sense of humour.
I think ‘mathematically’ because this contains a single serving, a keg holds a whole lot more.
Well, AI or not I’m stumped d00d!
I’m sure someone will get it… eventually! ![]()
How about a beer can of some description?
And the metal is aluminium…
Yep. It’s a standard beer can ring pull. Well done Foxy ![]()
