Gosh!
That’s nothing like the view from my backyard! ![]()
I bet the air is lovely and fresh too, possibly the smell of all that green foliage and wild herbs too…
Yes, lovely fresh air , the only downer of this place is those nasty, ugly wild boar destroying the landscape, digging up huge holes and during this annoying activity they also knock enormous stones all over the land.
It’s now a “stepping stone” rally when strolling around! ![]()
Yes, I find them very curious but in all fairness I don’t have to put up with them ![]()
Nice one Mr realspeed !!
River Lune Kirkby Lonsdale on the edge of the Lake District
Lancaster prison
A view of Lancaster from the prison
The prison was decommissioned 2010 , we enjoyed coffee and cake in there .
The Ribblehead viaduct
Maybe they’ll make up for it in taste! ![]()
Yum Rose, a bit of salt on those and I eat them like apples…
You don’t even need the salt Foxy, they’re tasty as they are. ![]()
Have a Pew

And this is across the road.
Salt really enhances the flavour Rose, it’s like putting vinegar on yer chips, or horseradish sauce on yer beef…
Yum!
