I bought an Amaryllis bulb from Amazon just before Christmas. It had grown so much inside the box that the stem was bent and broken. I didn’t think it would be much good because of that but here it is with three good flowers. The damaged part of the stem can be seen at the top. It did a good job of healing itself…

Yes! My son has grown into a young man now. he’s in his first year of aviation studies at university.
By the way, the photo of you and your mom is so sweet! Of course even it is more than 19 years ago, but the memories still feel as fresh as ever, right?
