Where my husband worked for 27 years before he retired, employers were allowed to bring their dogs to work. This has been going on for about 20 years or more. There’s an indoor play area, and a large outdoor play area. My husband only took our one dog there for 2 hours in those 27 years but the company has huge photos of both our girls. It IS a good idea.
If the French don’t respect pets as loving companions it’s no wonder they are so lonely.
ok thanks @DianneWoollie woke me up !!!ive taken my dogs to work for over 30 years thet enjoy it are with me all day and work hard !!! Even have a fan club everywhere i work people bring them treats anyhoo heres some pics and thanks @Minx

I mean do you see any cosy beds for them 
food bowls and not even a bowl of water in sight 
that’s his way of getting them working hard and they know once they have completed all the tasks thrown at them they are then spoilt rotten

They usually find their own places .
