One of my neighbours has set off for a week in Wales now it is allowed.
SF-where ever in this country your neighbour is holidaying,there will be a warm welcome and Iām sure an enjoyable time.
Another glorious day of sunshine. Amazing how much water the tups are drinking - I have to fill their tub up every day. Also watered my acer on the patio this morning. I forgot all about it in that dry spell we had last year and it was a wonder it didnāt expire.
Made sausage rolls this morning - managed to restrain myself to only eating one!
Lovely sunny day again.
Up at daft oāclock.Got quite a few jobs done and French onion soup cooking in the slow cooker ready for lunch.
World championship snooker starts today,bet youāll be glued to it Sue!

I watched the funeral - after delivering sausage rolls to the farm and inspecting all the new calves - and the older ones to see if theyāve grown! Was so sorry for the Queen. Thought she looked frail when she got out of the car and canāt understand why Charles couldnāt have accompanied her for support. Surely what every eldest son would do for his Mum. The armed forces were magnificent, as usual, and the pall bearers were amazing - going up all those steps. Just imagine if one had faltered.
Chris came over about 5 pm and we tried to sort out the tubs for the runner beans, only to discover that one bag of compost was full of ants! Didnāt find that out until weād tipped the bag in of course, so Iāve been pouring boiling water over all and hoping for the best.

Ventured to Matalan this morning-Nice to be able to buy clothes again.Donāt like buying clothes on line-like to see what Iām buying on the hangers.Shoppers on the whole were behaving but thereās always a few twits about.

Busy day yesterday. Had three visitors, plus two dogs and eldest grandson came and mowed the lawn. Always the same isnāt it? All or nothing.
Been quiet today, though I enjoyed picking up the boys from the school bus, saw some of the neighbours doing the same.
Bit overcast here but I.ve chanced the washing out on the line .
Just done Tesco order so will watch tv now

Ordered some flowers yesterday for a friendās birthday later this week and I am now inundated with adverts everywhere I go on line for different firms selling them! So annoying.

Have just spent a fiddly ten minutes trying to fit my postal votes into the appropriate envelope. Whoever designed that didnāt envisage three pieces of paper having to be folded and put into such a small place. However, I succeeded eventually 
Off to take laundry to Bronllys shortly and putting another load out on the line.
I really dont know who to vote for,Inoticed a few new parties but not impressed.

Shot out early this morning to do my shopping in Aldi in Llandrindod. Dropped in a sonās house on the way back to leave a couple of letters for him. Doors open, not a soul in sight and no answer to my call, so left them on the hall table. Delivered some info to a friend down the road - she wasnāt in so had to post large envelope through letter box not quite big enough. Called back by my shopping buddy (sheās lambing so I bought a few bits for her) not a soul in sight there either. Beginning to wonder if I was the last person in the villageā¦

just had a phone call from granddaughter in Aus . All is good there and they have started their jabs

Lovely to be in touch with grandchildren. Just had a message from my granddaughter, who is still working at boyfriendās place.
Made some bread this morning, now back watching snooker, but must get the recycling boxes in and collect the washing off the line shortly.
Had a fabulous family weekend away in Kidwelly.Came back late Monday afternoon.Very quiet here in the house without the noisy g.grandchildren around!The two dogs had a great time chasing each other in the big garden.Trust my dog to find some Fox poo to roll in.Made Christmas dinner for us on the Sunday-took a small Christmas tree and we had crackers.We usually have a family get together around Christmas time but we couldnāt last year so we had it 4 months late!

Granddaughter called yesterday to clean cupboards on a high shelf and to hoover behind sofa . Cant believe how much muck was in the hoover . lol
Daughter due today to take recycling down . I.m not doing much got some butter -chicken in the oven for later
