Horrid miserable day. Shot out of bed early and was in Aldi in Llandrindod at 8,02 am - back home by 9.30. Haven’t been out of the house since. Watched Easter Parade on the box this afternoon - can’t stop singing it now.

Sunshine and heavy showers this morning but luckily had a dry walk.
I didn’t watch the sos programme all the way thro- that Nick Knowles gets on my nerves.
I watched a bit of Easter Parade yesterday too.I’m half way through watching the film ā€œJudyā€ about Judy Garland’s life. These days I find I can’t watch a whole film in one go.An age thing?
Stay safe.

Sun and showers here. Our TV Ariel has gone down Hope it can be fixed Take care xxx

Not sure if I’ve mentioned it on here but our vicar and Mrs. Vicar were leaving this week to live (I thought) in Brecon. It transpired they were to work the living in Llanfaes in Brecon but live in the vicarage in Llanspiddydd - a village about 7 miles away on the Sennybridge road. Off they duly went on Wednesday. Turned out that the house was so awful (don’t know details) that they turned on their heels and came straight back to Aberedw, willing to stay with us after all! A friend rang to tell me this around lunchtime - I was gobsmacked. Especially since all his churches had dipped into their respective funds and clubbed together to send him off with a very worthwhile thank you!

I managed to get TV up on Fire stick soon saw I,m a celeb .Laura coming today to growth cleaning.I,m fit for nothing Take care xx

Well it had to happen. Phone call first thing from the farm. A boy in Chris’ class has symptoms of Covid so whole class has to stay home and isolate for a fortnight. Mum can work from home, but Jamie can go to school! How weird is that? I shan’t see them at all of course. Feeling gloomy, radiators making a noise and youngest son hasn’t been to sort that, and carers are grumbling about everything - and loads and loads of washing. Deep joy!

I don’t know what I mean neither

:-):-):-):-):-)

Think we’re all starting to go stir crazy!I find myself putting things away in places where they don’t live!
Hairdresser was due this morning but has changed it to Thursday so I’ve had to change my hectic(not)week.
Rain today.
Keep safe.

Just had phone call from Laura.A close colleague has got Corona so staff has to self isolate so that’s the end of my deep cleaning. Take care xxx

Took some waffles over to the farm this morning. Perched them on a rock at the end of the path to the door. DIL and grandson appeared on doorstep and we shouted at each other for a few minutes. That was it!

Made a big pan of leek and potato soup so that’s me sorted for a couple of days.

Got a real soaking this morning.
I had my dog a year ago today-he’s been such good company, still mad as ever tho!
Granddaughter and children coming this afternoon.
Stay safe.

Really wet one here. Not up to doing much so take care xxx

Can’t believe you’ve had your dog a year Rhosyn. What breed?

Better morning this morning. Yesterday it rained all day and we had problems with the heating. Had an engineer out (in the evening) and he discovered that some bright spark had turned off the three radiators in Rob’s room. I was not pleased. From now on everyone is forbidden to touch them.

Hope to make a cake today…

Not a bad day so far. I,m having probs getting into Tesco site so will.have to phone. Take care

Back to a rainy day after a nice one yesterday.
Been shopping this morning, got a few nibbles for Christmas to put in freezer.
Wonder what the first minister will have to say about the Christmas holidays in his statement today.
My middle grandson works in tv lighting,he was in Manchester last week on a job,he had to self test.He said it wasn’t pleasant,he tested negative, thank goodness.
My dog is a cross(with what-don’t know)Jack Russell.Think there’s spaniel in him somewhere!
Keep safe.

Really wet one Karen is calling so hope she can sort Tesco out Be safe xxx

think I’ll get up early tomorrow and go to Aldi in Llandrindod. Going to skip my Asda order (it comes from Merthyr and I don’t really fancy that atm).

Another soggy day here, I’ve done sweet f.a. apart from cutting Rob’s toenails. That was exciting - could really do with wearing welding goggles the way those things fly!
