Lovely sunny one again .
Granddaughter from Aus phoned ,she has just had an op to remove part of her stomach because of weight problem . She was only in for 2 days , mind boggles . I havent seen pics of her so no idea how bad the weight prob is . She is also going blind . So far away

Not good news from the hospital today. Talked to a Staff Nurse and got more info out of her than I have had for the past days. Rob has another chest infection and is back on anti-bās. He managed to pull his ng tube out but the SN put it back. However, the swallowing is not going well and if it doesnāt improve he may have to have a peg tube fitted. Can hardly believe we are back to that again. (he was peg fed for nearly a year after his accident and I taught him to eat again).

Its like winter here but not raining yet so Iāve put some washing out.
Been busy with the hoover so can relax now

Not very hot here either. Chris and I did a bit of gardening first thing. Weāve just had lunch and now I must go and clean my teeth and change. Dentist this afternoon for my very expensive bridge fittingā¦ Deep joy.
Not very nice August weather again today.
Didnāt feel too good yesterday,had a bit of a sore throat and a slight headache which lasted most of the day.Head still a bit heavy this morning.So taking it easy today.
Hope the visit to the dentist wasnāt too bad-Sue.

Went Tesco shopping early this morning for goodies for the little ones visit tomorrow-that should cheer me up.

Chris and I were out with the yard scraper this morning (in the back yard)which nearly creased me. Then after lunch we took my car over to the farm and used the pressure washer on it. Not perfect, but anything is an improvement. Chris cleaned out the dog kennels and fed and watered them and then we came back here for a cuppa and a collapse.
You wonāt know me tomorrow, Iām having the haircut in the morning - yippee!

Very hot here. Canāt stick it out in the conservatory or the patio, have had to retreat to the front room to cool off. My next door neighbour came down this morning and brought me a lovely post of sweet peas and another jigsaw.Nice to see her and catch up a bit with all her news. We play bowls together in the winter, but donāt think weāll be able to do that this year.
Going to be another hot day.
Did a bit of gardening yesterday but got too hot and bothered.
I get the sun in the morning at the front of the house so by the evening time the living room is cool(ish).
The beach will probably be busy today-Jac.

My house is the other way round Rhosyn. Back gets sun almost all day but the front is always cool, might get a little sun in the evening in high summer.
Very misty and cool here, but supposed to get warm later on. Granddaughter is coming over about 11 to take me into hospital with clean clothes for Rob and then her Dad and partner are joining us for lunch (outdoors) at the Golf Club. Think I might take a cardi, just in case.
Its very overcast and cool here . Tide is right in so not many on the beach yet. it did turn out nice and hot yesterday so quite a few on the beach but not so crowded as some beaches have been .
