Not going out today and not expecting any callers so I might catch up on some sleep this afternoon.

Have an appointment with chiro at 9.30,will check on the village grape vine if the road is flooded.

Been for treatment at the chiro this morning.Shoulder is slowly responding to the treatment,got to keep doing the exercises(ouch).Have another appointment in 3weeks then hopefully that will be it.
Fed up with all this rain.

My lawn mower man mowed the lawn for the last time this season.

I didn’t even know that Rhosyn . I haven’t been outside for a year due to this anxiety so haven’t seen Mumbles , only know what my daughter tells me . M and S are going opp Police Station with flats above and underneath car parking . All changed !!
