I was a bit annoyed yesterday . I had an e-mail saying my elec meter was old so had to be replaced . I made the appt for yesterday but when they came it was for a Smart-Meter which is no good down here as we don’t get a mobile signal. The engineer said there was nothing wrong with my old one but they are trying to get everybody to fit smart-meters . The truth would have been nice !.

Been to the Podiatry Clinic in Hereford today. Saw the head honcho, but the news isn’t good. Poor old left foot is all out of kilter and there’s b-all they can do about that, just struggle on and keep going. (He couldn’t believe how little pain relief I took - they make 'em tough in the Welsh borders. )

Sunshine here now but had to bring in the clothes in earlier as there was a heavy shower-hate wet clothes out on the line.
Wish I hadn’t bothered to watch the rugby yesterday-rubbish match.
Been having trouble with my right shoulder and arm for the past month,have been applying hot&cold treatment to it but will have to give in and go to the surgery tomorrow(hope I get an appointment)

Son no2 celebrates his birthday today in Los Angeles on a working trip.It’s 8hrs behind there,did message him this morning(night time there)Going to have a video call with him at 4pm Cymru time.
Granddaughter and children coming this afternoon.Will have to clear the decks as the little one is now crawling and into everything!
