Didn’t the boys do well yesterday ? Son and DIL were there (I bought them tickets for Micky’s 50th Birthday) so I’m sure they had a great evening. I bet they’re watching Scrum V Live atm - as am I.
A friend yesterday added me to a Facebook group who talk about Strictly. What he didn’t tell me was that there are “spoilers” on there, so I now know who goes out this week. And I didn’t want to! Will have to take myself off it 
Chilly one today. Been busy with hoover and just booked my Xmas delivery slot.Could only get my normal one of Wed so the week before. All nearer ones were already booked but I don’t go overboard anyway xx

Had a surprise visit from my lovely granddaughter yesterday. So great to have her over for lunch and a chat.
Have been cooking - and washing up - all day today. Looking forward to sitting down at Craft Club and sewing.

Bit of a blow today . We knew it was on the cards the Linden Tree was closing but didn’t expect it to be over weekend . We hadn’t made any plans so a day in for us. Its a shame, lots of locals used it

Frosty first thing now it’s quite dismal.
The Nutcracker was fantastic last night,one thing spoiled it-Darcy Bussel(sp) going on about it at the beginning and during the interval,can’t stand her voice.

Its the parking that’s the problem with choosing another lunch venue. White Rose is favourite so maybe we will have to get used to getting a taxi ?

Had two extractions this morning.My fillings were so old and been repaired so often there was no choice really.Will have new dentures next week.Should be used to them by Christmas so I can enjoy the Christmas goodies.

What a lot of rain we’ve had-someone reported that 4ins of it fell on the village in 24hrs not a record apparently!No wonder the road out of the village was flooded earlier.
