The oil from H &B is much weaker than the one I bought . Big difference in price though . I’m not sure its doing anything but will continue

So cold here today,even though there was glorious sunshine. Played bowls and drove home whacked! Had to have a half hour nap before I could make something to eat…

I’ve been busy with housework because got to go to Morriston Hospital for check-up of my knees . A friend is coming with me because I’ve lost my confidence with driving very far

Didn’t feel like going to my hospital apt and was just going to cancel and then they phoned and said the clinic was cancelled anyway . Phew ,the relief , stupid I know but happy to be here with my book, lappy and tv xxx
Have just realised that I’ve forgotten to retrieve my recycling boxes, goodness knows where they will be by tomorrow.
Went to fetch laundry this morning, banked some monies for the Air Ambulance and then popped into the local supermarket for some bananas. The world and his wife were in there loading up everything they could lay hands on, should think the place will be empty by tonight!
We’ve had a few snow flurries, but not much yet.
No sign of snow here and quite a sunny start. Clouding over now and really cold . I had to water the pots on the balcony this am because the sun has been so strong and they had dried out .

Quite a bit of snow fell overnight,but clearing now.The main roads were clear,thanks to the gritters.

Not much in the way of snow here until about 5 pm when I was giving the boys their tea. Then we had a veritable blizzard! Apparently during that son & DIL were sorting sheep (Outside)! Poor dabs.
Snowing quite a bit this morning but the sun is shinning.
Going to meet friends in Swansea later for lunch and then going to see Swan Lake in the Grand.If it keeps snowing I’ll be thinking twice about going.The roads should be clear but there’s always a chance of being stuck somewhere.Will make my mind up in the next couple of hours.

Sitting here dithering about wondering whether to go shopping in Llandrindod. My forecast says glorious sunshine and although there isn’t much snow on the ground yet, it is snowing as we speak. Really don’t like driving in these conditions. I have enough stuff in the freezer to last us quite a few days and I know my DIL wouldn’t let us starve, so should I go or not???

Mostly sunshine here but bitterly cold outside. I tried to change my Tesco slot but no joy . Its due tomorrow so hope snow holds off. I’ve got bits in the freezer and tin stuff so sure I wont starve but I may run out of whisky which will be a blow lol

Well I made it to Llandrindod - when I had meandered through our lanes, very gently, the road was clear all the way forward. Cupboards all stocked up and have had several messages to say everything I was going to go to has been cancelled!! Looks like we are going to be holed up for a couple of days. It’s blowing snow all over the place now, so drifts will be the order of the day.

Drove back from Swansea in the snow yesterday evening,was so glad to be home safely.Really enjoyed the ballet.

Carers arrived this morning courtesy of son driving LandRover. Boys home from school. Looks like everything I was going to in the next couple of days has been cancelled so will be at home for the foreseeable future! Snowing like h*ll here - happy St. David’s Day xx
Bitterly cold here but no snow as yet.Its on the way though.
Tesco came early so I’m all stocked up . My daughter called yesterday and I asked her to get me some spuds as I didn’t have any . All she could get in Mumbles was a tiny bag of small ones.
My daffs were looking lovely yesterday but all droopy today,must be too cold for them . Happy St Davids Day xxx
Son no1 landed in Heathrow from South America earlier on but can’t come back to Wales.He got a coach from Swansea up to airport last week,it sounds like they’re not running today.He’ll probably stay with his brother tonight-if he can get there.Know he’s a grown man but it’s a Mam’s duty to worry!
