Well Sue I have just been to the Health Shop in Mumbles and bought some Cannabis oil,good for aches and pains and anxiety etc . It was £53 for a dropper bottle and its legal (honest} I’ll let you know how I get on.

I’m feeling better this morning and have been to Talgarth to collect Air Ambulance boxes - I really will have to have a trolley to carry them, they are so heavy!! Lovely morning and I’m enjoying the curling on the TV. Would love to have tried that, but unless you live in Scotland the chances of finding an icerink that you can play on are pretty slim.
Rain first thing this morning,now sun trying to shine.
Very sad sight of a funeral in the church opposite earlier on-a baby’s coffin carried into the church by her parents.The coffin looked so small in the back of the hearse.So sad.
Same weather here Rhosyn . I’ve chanced cleaning my window because the seagulls have been spitting all over it . My own fault for feeding them .
Sue you put the drops under your tongue ,wait for 90 secs then swallow or you can use topically and rub over painful joints . I’ve taken it twice now so we will see
I think Holland and Barret sell it so will look up and see if its cheaper .

Did my run round Talgarth this morning and collected the boxes - have just counted one lot. Just about to make some tea then I’ll put my feet up.
I didn’t know what it was until now . I was lying on the sofa when I felt shaking ,I thought it was someone in the flats doing something daft or it was me having a heart attack lol I didn’t move off the sofa anyway ,
My daughter just phoned so she must have been worried

The centre of the quake was in the upper Swansea valley at Cwmllinfell about 7 miles from here so no wonder my little house shook at 2.30 yesterday.A couple of pictures on the wall upstairs had moved but that’s all the “damage”.
Plumber coming at 9.30ish to fix my kitchen tap.Have filled the kettle so I can make him tea!Hope the water won’t be off for too long.

Cold and damp here .
Doesn’t seem any damage to the flats and I thought maybe the Cannabis oil was making me shake lol
Been on it for 3 days now and haven’t noticed anything . Apparently they were selling it in Tesco on the dipping oil shelf . I tried to look it up but they have stopped selling it
Must have a good prowl round Morrisons “dipping oil” section and see what I can see!
Great night at the pub last night. Curry and quiz. I wrote the quiz - but guilty of making it too hard apparently! Never mind, everyone enjoyed themselves I think.
Miserable morning again, but I’m enjoying the curling on the box.

My daughter bought Cannabis Oil in Holland and Barrett for £9.99 . !! She bought me one to compare with my £53 one . I have left my anxiety meds off and just taking the oil twice a day so we will see
Two police men knocked my door yesterday . They were looking for my neighbour but I did have a fit , thought they were checking out my oil lol
Been out and about today-now in for the rest of the day.Makes a big difference to traffic when there’s no school so much quieter.
Bet you had a bit of a scare with the police at your door and you on the cannabis Jac!

feeling lousy today , improbably shouldn’t have gone cold turkey with my meds so will take them again and reduce slowly
