Cold one today with showers and the poor lady that tidies the stones on the beach will have a fit . The high tide had strewn really big ones all over .

Took the boys to town with me this morning and it rained non-stop. Wish someone would invent windscreen wipers for glasses! Got all the jobs done and am now relaxing - the boys have been collected by their other grandma!
She is an ex Dentist who has 2 flats here and lived here with her husband for about 2 yrs . She took it on herself to clear the stones from the front of the flats and move them to the side . She has a trolley and fills big buckets of big stones and then her husband pushes them over to the side . I don’t think they understand that when we have high and rough tides it moves them around ,covers some and exposes others. She is down there for hours in all weathers Silly B xxx

Think I probably have the dirtiest car of the lot! Our roads are unbelievably dirty. My car is going for a service & MOT on Monday - but I have to confess that I take it dirt and all - and THEY
oOOPS!!! they wash it for me. My washer bottle was empty today and I could hardly find my way home through the muck kicked up by the traffic, but pleased to report that I managed to refill the bottle myself!
