Went to Church first thing, not too many Pilgrims by the look of it, so only made one loaf of sandwiches. Just having a rest watching the womens gymnastics before I load up the car.
Weather is a lot cooler - actually slept under the blanket last night, and I shall be putting a cardigan on to go up the Church this afternoon!
Thank goodness it’s much cooler.
My elbow is still painful,got to be careful what I do but it’s easy to forget not do certain things to aggrievate it.
No plans for today.
Light rain earlier but sun out and getting warm now.

Got a trip to the local hospital this morning to have a hearing aid fitted.Hope I get on ok with it,suppose it’ll take time to get used to it.

Well we have had some rain, but not as much as forecasted. Much chillier, I have a cardigan on in the front room. Not feeling very sparkling today, not sure why, hope I’ll be better after a good night’s sleep.
