Morning, Hot already and it’s only the back of 7am. Am heading to Tesco shortly and after my daily dose of ocean watching it’s home to water the pots and troughs. Got washing to do as well but that will dry quickly. Then feet up in the afternoon while it’s hotter, out to dinner again around 8pm.
Enjoy your holiday, I’m thinking of heading down to Perth in a few days, it’s been a while.

Morning, Sun is out, have to start packing shortly its always the same I take to many clothes… Still have to get shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Staying overnight at an hotel at the airport, my niece will drop me off there later, Enjoy your break in Perth,

Not actually sure if I’m going yet, only been toying with the idea. Still not fully recovered from my last bout of bad health and got another nurse check up next week, bloods BP, ect ect.

Hope your having a good holiday Jess, We got a big shock at the hospital with the scan results. I’ve posted them to you in a PM rather than have it on open forum.

Morning. Rox , just read your PM and can understand your fears. It sounds like someone was negligent after your last scan. Got home yesterday, a bit tired and had an early night. Had a good time and we had two days of rain, where we couldn’t really the Hotel until evening time.

Afternoon Jess, it’s too hot again for me today, I feel drained with it all day after day. I’ll be glad when it breaks and the rain comes, hopefully by the W/E. Been sleeping a lot am so very tired, mix of the heat and the illness, boy what a mess I am. I always expected to age but I never thought about all the side effects that keep hitting one after another. I think I must have Pi***d someone off real bad to be punished like this.
To think a few years back I’d have loved this heat and I’d have been sooooo brown. I always took a great tan and very quickly.

Evening. Rox. Another hot one here today as well . Know what you mean about getting old the old , the odd aches and pain int hte knees and hips. Sat out today for half and hour and that was enough for me… I used to be like you sitting the sun all day now its mostly the shade.

Morning, Nurse and GP at noon, just great. Don’t feel like it in the least, will need to get Dunc to come with me as I’m too wobbly today.
I get the feeling I’m going to land in the hospital sooner rather than later.
More sun and heat here this morning, it was forecast showers but no sign of any.

Morning.Another sunny one here today. Going to visit one of my friends today a little while. Went out yesterday and did some weeding in the front garden… Hope all goes well for you at the surgery today.

Well that’s me in hospital for the foreseeable, am in the CCU all wired up to various machines.
Heart rate is 145, should be under 100 :astonished: GP nearly had a fit and here I am. Seeing the heart specialist tomorrow and may be put to Dundee or Edinburgh, depending on what they decide to do, at the moment they’re trying to sort things with meds.
Gawd, what a mess.:sob::sob::sob::sob::sob:

Sorry to hear this. Rox. I hope they can get your heart rate down quickly and you get home soon.

Afternoon, Feeling a lot easier to breathe now and my heart rate is back below 100 where it should be. Trick is keeping it there with meds, next part is the CT Scan to see if the valve is able to be replaced using keyhole surgery or if it must be open heart BUT, that is done at Ninewells in Dundee, they want me there for that as a day patient not an admission if possible. Have to see how that pans out, stage 3, the operation is at Edinburgh Royal, who ever said getting old is a joy, needs a good slap. Don’t know when I’ll get out of here to go home, that’s up to the Cardio guy who I’m waiting to see.
These are the machines I’m hooked up to, if anyone understands what they mean.

Worrying time for you Rox. I hope they get you sorted soon.

Morning. Hope you don’t have to wait to long rill you get your op. That’s good news that they have your heart rate under control. Its true growing old isn’t easy.

I’m home for a few days as my HR is down thanks to the medication I’m now on. But it’s very easy to send it up again, I’m sacred to do anything incase it rockets. Have to be in Dundee and Ninewells for the CT Scan next Wednesday so we are heading to my house in Perth over the WE.
I’ve never felt so ill or scared in my life.

You are really having a hard time Rox. A week is a long time to wait when you are ill. I hope the scan shows what the problem is.
