Good morning Folks,another freezing one here and I had the heating on overnight - 6c,but temp’ to rise later.
Joints painful and stiff this morn,so a stint on the exercise bike later to get the circulation moving,
Good to hear You’re on the mend Rox and Nessie looks happy too,

Jess I put these on my winter boots, Ebay, not expensive less than a fiver. Great things have done me proud over the years, if I’d had them on the day I fell on that black ice I would not have fallen and smashed my leg.
She should be, it’s not before time. Let’s hope it’s a winning streak.

Morning, Snows all gone, but we’ve had a lot of rain. Heading out with Dunc later he has a load of stuff to do and I’m getting bored at home all the time. Haven’t seen the ocean in days.

@Rox … getting bored is good … very good. You sound well on the way to recovery and chomping at the bit to get back on with your life.
Much milder here. Frost has gone but it’s drizzling. I think I prefer frosty with clear blue skies.
Enjoyed my time out and about, it was great to smell the ocean again. It turned out a nice day at The Front. We had a carryout lunch from the cafe there, and ate it sat at the ocean.

Morning. Cold and frosty here at the moment… Hairdressers later and a visit to the wool shop to see if I can get a cable needle. Knitting a few hats for my nephew in Australia, sorry I wont be seeing him this year. Rox looks a lovely place to live.
Good morning Each,a very cold frosty one here so no point in hanging the washing out on the line,it would just freeze,so on the wooden horse in the spare bedroom,
I haven’t been doing much except a walk to the co-op for fresh milk,fruit & veg’,I usually get a big grocery delivery a couple of times a month,so no need to go to the supermarkets on very cold days…thank goodness for those kind helpful delivery Guys,x
