Good afternoon Lassies (nae Men here for a while) 
Well itās a stinker of a day here,cold,wet,windy,and I feel Myself going into hibernation mode again,so had a stint on the treadmill,got bored after 5 minutes,same with the exā bike,so put on Rosemary Connolly dvd,couldnāt be arsed with it,ā¦soā¦Iāve decided just to put My feet up and read My latest thriller for the rest of the dayā¦sorted! :-p
Itās been raining here all day but itās really warm.
Iāve walked miles today there and back to town and then out again to do the school pick up so thatās my exercise done 
My exercise for tomorrow will be dancing

Hi everyone . Been a lovely day here . Been doing yet more gardening today . Left someone looking after my garden when I was away and it was so hot that all my plants in my tubs are dead . Has cost a lot of money and a lot of work to get everything right . Next time I will just pay someone it will be cheaper !

Very sad today thinking about the awful atrocity in Manchester .
