Had my poodle at the groomers and she looks gorgeous . :
Will have to try and keep her out of the mud !! 
Just having a quiet afternoon now . Logburner on and cup of tea by my side .

Still travelling to Lynton ā¦ Probably another 2 hours until we get there ā¦ Itās sunny and mild so fingers crossed it stays that way all weekend.
Yes, a grey day here too. Iāve been up on the hill attending to a problem with the water supply. This house and one other gets it water from a spring about a mile away. Good wholesome crystal clear water, but the tanks need cleaning out occasionally. No rip-off water or sewerage charges to pay though !!! On that basis, I donāt mind getting cold and wet once or twice a year. All good clean fun !

Good morning everyone . Huge amount of rain here last night so puddles everywhere . Sun trying to come out a bit now and itās quite mild about 12C.
Going my favourite Ardwell pond walk today then meeting a friend for coffee.
Strictly on tonight so looking forward to that .
Donāt envy you the clothes shopping May but spending time with your daughter will be nice .

Another miserable day here . OHās birthday today so we went to the galloway forest park for a walk followed by a Costa coffee and scone . Managed to get most of the walk before the rain so we were lucky .
Then went a picked up my new Chistmas decoration for outside . Someone was making these rustic wooden reindeer so being a bit daft I ordered one !

Going out for a meal this evening so that should be nice .

Good afternoon everybody. Had a lovely time in Bute with my friends we had heavy rain on Friday evening . Yesterday was nice with some sunshine, then today we went to the Rememberance Parade.

A bit depressing here weatherwise. Cloud on the deck and steady drizzle. :-( I was going to my bolt hole/bothy in the hills for a couple of days, but will wait for the skies to clear. I hope it's a bit brighter elsewhere. IF the sky clears, there's a Super Moon or Harvest moon visible tonight. Next one is in 2034 !!! Enjoy your day folks. :-D

A bit grey here this morning but it cleared away. Mike Iām hoping to see the moon tonight if its clear enough. Myrtle glad you enjoyed your weekend away and the weather was mild. Abbey I try to buy groceries when Iām out so I can stock up the freezer.

A damp autumnal day here in Macclesfield ā¦ Iāll walk to the hospital for my appointment this afternoon for an ultrasound scan on my liver ā¦ eeek !!! I canāt eat for 6 hours before and my appointment is 2 pm !!!

Good evening everybody. Abbey hope you enjoyed your beach walk. Myrtle hope everything went ok for you today with the scan. Quite a nice day here and I went into town and treated myself to lunch and some new perfume.

Itās a routine thing that the liver specialist likes to do occasionally ā¦ donāt know why but todayās was different than before ā¦ lots of breathing in and holding my breath so the radiologist could scan all of my internal organs ā¦ I got the all clear from him
