Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

I have never watched the Syndicate Jess. In fact haven’t got round to watching anything tonight, just been pottering about doing other stuff and out my walk of course.

Morning all. Not as nice here this morning. I’ll watch The Syndicate tonight Jess. I’m fair enjoying it. You’re doing great with your walking Dorothy. Makes all the difference if it’s a nice evening.

Have a good day and catch up later x

Dorothy the Syndicate has been really good. Myra weather not very nice here either this morning, so its a bit of housework and then into town.

good evening girls. Jess did you buy anything nice in town? Weather not that great here either. I think it might be dry and sunny for a time on Saturday, let’s hope so. Myra you’ll get a change of shops to look around in Ayr at the weekend while Martin is in Liverpool. I heard from my sister today, they are having a nice holiday caravanning in Yorkshire, weather fairly good but windy. They are having a barbecue tonight.

Hi again girls.

Dorothy, I’m glad your sister is having nicer weather for her holidays. Makes such a difference.

I’m not that long home to be honest. I was visiting at Crosshouse Hospital. First time I’ve ever been to that hospital, but found it easily. Left with a heavy heart.

Just had dinner and am sitting chilling for a while.

hi Myra sounds like it was a sad visit for you to the hospital tonight (HUGS). I am pretty much chilling myself. Just spoke to my dad on the phone and he is doing fine. Will see him at the weekend. We are going to have a look in town and see what is going on as it will be Armed Forces Day so I’m sure there will be things to see, then have a wee bite to eat and a drinkiepoo later

Hi Dorothy I didn’t go anywhere today I stayed home and did some housework for a change. I’m sure there will be plenty to do on Saturday in town with your dad. Myra a few of my neighbours got to Crosshouse to visit friends and family, sorry to hear you had a heavy heart when leaving there. Margaret was up visiting Jean today and they took the trachie off for a while, she was also in a chair and had a drink of water today as well. The next thing she will be getting is a cup of tea.

hi Jess. I am sure you are glad to get the housework out of the way. I hope Jean enjoys her cup of tea when she gets it… it will probably taste fab after all this time. I’m watching Holby City now. Ben came in from work earlier, and ate his chicken curry which I had made… I don’t think it touched the sides

Dorothy its good to hear that she is making progress, looking forward to seeing her tomorrow. Don’t mention curry I’d really love to go for one.

hi Jess how was Jean when you saw her at the hospital today? Its been dreary rainy here but not at all cold. Friday tomorrow so I’m glad of that. Pay day today so I am glad of that too!! I went into town after work and got a couple of summery things as it won’t really be that long before the summer stuff disappears from the shops.

Hi Dorothy the weather was the same here today, but now raining here at the moment. Jean was a lot brighter today and talking, she even had drinks of water and some custard. It was great to see her like that and even smiling, they are talking about moving her tomorrow if there is a bed available. That’s good you managed to get few summery things, I imagine the sales will be starting soon.

That is good news about Jean looking better and improving all the time. There was some clothes in the sale but I think they’ve only just started.

Hi Dorothy heading into town early today Debenhams have a sale on so I’ll see what they have on sale, not that I’m really looking for anything.

Morning

Jess, I’m glad Jean is coming on. She’s definitely making progress. It’s good to hear. Enjoy your wee jaunt to Debenhams. I’m cat sitting this weekend and will take a wee drive in Ayr tomorrow and pop into Debenhams there for a wee browse. Haven’t been shopping in Ayr for a while, but may as well go whilst I’m in Ayrshire

Just a quiet day for me today and I’ll head off after dinner.

Have a good day and catch up later x

Hi Myra enjoy yourself in Ayr and don’t buy to much in the sales tomorrow, and the cat sitting. I’ll be going up to see Jean today as I don’t think I’ll manage up tomorrow.

Thanks Jess. Please say hello to Jean from all of us.

I better get off this thing and get some housework done

Hi again ladies. It’s lovely here. I did a bit of weeding in Martin’s garden and sat out for a wee while. Watching Bert chasing a squirrel! Just a nice quiet night for me.

Myra you wouldn’t have been sitting outside in Glasgow with all the rain today. They had Jean outside today for a few minutes for some fresh air, she also had some exercises and some soup. She was back in bed as she felt tired and also talking away ten to the dozen.

hello girls. Its been lovely here today, so I got my walking shoes on again lol. Myra are you having a nice chill at Martin’s. Bert will be puffed out after chasing that squirrel lol. Jess I might take a look at the Debenhams sale soon. Its usually when you’re not looking for something that you get a bargain. Friday night at last… going to chill oot with a nice glass of pinot grigio woop woop

Hi ladies remember me?? have tried so many times to get on here, but my password is wrong then my log on name, then I renew them and there still wrong, then I throw a strop and give up!!!

Just finished a pile of ironing, trying to get all the work done so that I can enjoy this heatwave we are supposed to be getting. It will be lovely in Martin’s garden Myra.
