Thanks Rox, Jess and Bonnie. They seen to have only mild symptoms. I know what you mean Bonnie, I have an exercise bike in the garage which I used to use regularly but lately I have let it slip.
I found it VERY hard to get back swimming every week day after a year off. I was doing 50 lengths each day and I felt quite supple. Now Iām struggling to do 40 a day and Iām tired at the end of it. I always pop into one of the hot (really hot) Jacuzzis afterwards to relax and get my breath back. Itās hard returning after such a long absence and how quickly we become unfit if we stop exercising.
Bonnie, Iām sure it wont to take you to long to get back into a routine of walking again. Scott I couldnāt be bothered with an exercise bike I like to walk. Rox youāll soon get back into your routine again, with y our swimming and walking the dog. Took a couple of jackets to the charity shop today, then did a bit of shopping.

Good afternoon, sun is out here at the moment, but probably cold. May glad to hear your Daughter and Son in Law are a lot better. Did a few bits and pieces round here, now getting ready to go for a walk.
Evening, Had a boring day apart from walking the dog Iāve just faffed about here. Saw this and it fair made me chuckle.

Good evening. Lovely sunny day here though cold and windy. Did 5 k again today. It was easier because it was around the streets not up and down hills like yesterday.

Good morning. Rox there are a lot of those jokes going round. Bonnie I watched Vera and Call the Midwife. Going to a funeral this morning, a lady who I worked with. Have to move as Iāll have to get the train at ten o clock.
Morning Not too bad here today, had my swim and got a few bit from Tesco on the way home. Just heading off with the dog and if it stays nice I might get some washing out on the ropes, I hate drying it inside. I see the weeds have started to grow again so I had better get into yanking out moodā¦Sigh.

Morning all. Bakers and Post Office for me this morning. Then a walk. Made curried butternut squash soup for dinner. Smells quite good will have crispy rolls with it, if I get off my mark as our wee bakers sometimes sells out of rolls.

Good afternoon Each,a cold dry one hereā¦cleaned the windows outside & inā¦defrosted some soup for lunch,but no crusty bread and I canāt be bothered going out to get someā¦feeling like putting My feet up and having a readā¦lazy Monday. 
Morning, Back to Chilly Chilly this morning. Even the blooming Swimming Pool was cold. 
But getting into that roasting hot Jacuzzi after my rather hurried swim was just bliss. 
Just heading off with the dog, but to the woods today as thereās a big set of roadworks near the beach and theyāve taken over the carpark. 
After lunch itās over to Wick to the big Tesco to fill up the cupboards with the stuff I canāt get here.

Good evening all. Went out for a walk later afternoon got soaked to the skin! Had some hot soup when I got in and some rice pudding so feel better now.
See all the restrictions are going well mostly anyway. Hope this is the beginning of the end and not the end of the beginning!
Good afternoon. A lovely sunny day here today. Although it is still cold. Going to the Health centre for my asthma and diabetes annual check. First time I since the pandemic started. I tried to renew my prescriptions on line but was told to phone the surgery. When. I phoned I asked if this was because I hadnāt had my annual checks but was told it wasnāt just needed a new script every 6 months. The receptionist asked why I hadnāt had my annual checks and I said I didnāt get a letter with an appointment. She said you could have phoned anytime for the tests! When I said appointments were always arranged by the surgery she said the onus was on me! I thought they were not doing these checks because of COVID. Anyway I am in the wrong as usual lol! So better get yokit or I will be late and in bigger trouble.

Good afternoon, cold and sunny here today. Jean you never know where you are now with doctor appointments. Glad you got one for your check ups. Stayed at Elizabethās last night and she brought me home this afternoon. Going to phone Tony Macaroniās and see if I can get some pizza delivered.

Good morning everybody. Been frosty here overnight, neighbours car still has frost on the roof. Going into town later for a massage, and some food shopping.
Morning, Well the frost has caught up with me 
and Iām going to have to scrape the ice off the car before I can drive into the pool. I hate doing that Job.
Into town later as Iām at the Chiropractor and will maybe have a wee wander round the town centreā¦Such as it is.

Just in from watching my grand children. Couldnāt be bothered cooking dinner so had 2 slices of roasted cheese plus a glass of vino. It was scrumptious.
