Morning, Chilly and dull here today, bit of a shock to the system after yesterday, according to my weather app it’s a cold wet week next week.
I’ve never used an air fryer might just have a look when (if) I get down to Perth, I like raking around in Asda when I’m there, I buy most of my kitchen appliances from them.
My dad was also a great one for the old words and they were all I knew on the island when I was wee, that and Gaelic.

Whoo Hoo Suns out here too so I’ve got my 2nd wash on. Don’t know when I’ll get another one dry outside. I spent the morning coughing my lungs up and finally phoned the doctor again. I got to speak to my own doc who has given me more antibiotics, fingers cross it’s enough this time.
Good evening everybody. Cold here this morning as well, even in town. Will have to wait till I go to Braehead and have a look at airfriers. My granny used to whit herts the wind blaw. Roxy glad you got to speak to your doctor and got more antibiotics. Going to have spaghetti carbonara for dinner then walk down for an ice cream.

Morning, It’s horrible here this morning with that really vile drizzle that soaks you through. Waiting to see if it dries up a bit before I go out with the dog. I’m making a pot of soup and tatties today as well May. Lentil n onion…Yum.
Had my new lot of antibiotics delivered so have started on them, fingers crossed it clears things up this time.

Afternoon All,still chilly here and I put My heating on for an hour when I got Home,
You’ll get a recipe book with Your new airfryer Bonnie,and there are loads of recipes online & on utube for southern fried chicken done in the airfryer though I’ve not tried them Myself,
Looking forward to a hot bowl of lentil & ham soup with crusty bread later…Winter is just around the corner

Can’t believe the difference in 24 hours, last evening as it got dark it was still warm and we were able to sit outside for a while, not tonight though wet, windy and cold.

Troon beach, this was in the news this morning, where the morons have started partying at Troon beach and leaving litter and broken glass
Oh Dear, That’s wicked Paula, we are finding things better now most of the tourists have left, a big sigh of relief all round as things get back to normal again. By next month I’ll be able to return to my favourite wee cove “Strathy” I have missed going there but it’s not the same when it’s over run with tourists.
Wet and cold here again today, think the autumn sweaters will be out soon.
It feels a lot colder today, I have the heating on for a wee while
We have a fire in the Den in the evening, but the heating’s not been on.

My Grandaughter’s birthday party was today at M and D’s Although her birthday was Tuesday. Had a go on the hobby horses it was great!
good morning everyone, the sun’s peeping out , but not a lot at the moment, we’ve supposed to get an Indian summer…up to 35 degrees…that will probably be in the south…but they’re not always right with their predictions, I’m having a lazy day today
