Rain and hail here again today, have only been out to vote, did all my shopping yesterday. when is this cold weather going to end???
Paula, I have photos from this time last year and Iām out in a t-shirt for goodness sake! The sun streaming down, trees in full bloom. This year had been so weird on all counts. But I canāt be doing with this cold & rain at all!!

Morning ladies! Dry today with bits of sunshine. An afternoon of weeding today. Also, yesterday I bought a planner diary for Ā£1 that should have been Ā£12. Iāll use it - even though its May now. I donāt bother with planners usually - I just stick everything on my phone, but it was pretty (!) and I like being old school

Good morning ladies. Sun is out here but probably cold out there. Hairdressers for me this morning. Its good to start having a bit of normal life again.
Morning All, Sun and showers for us today and itās a bit warmer. Heading over to Wick after lunch, to the massive Tesco. Will take the dog too and have a wander over to Castle Sinclair ruins and the cliff walk, be the last time till the end of the tourist season as it will be heaving with folk and the wee carpark will be chockablock.
May those blasted magpies are a real pain, they totally wrecked one shady corner of one of my back lawns last year. TWICE. I returfed it all and they ripped it all up.
Jess, you seem to practically live in your hairdressers lol. Itās been 15 months now since I was at mine.

Good afternoon girls. I put out washing this morning but as May says too many showers so had to get them in. Strange weather the sun is splitting the trees but icy showers too.
Just had a smoothie for lunch to compensate fo having a big roll on bacon for breakfast. Put plenty tomato sauce on it too. One big bite and my t shirt was covered. Serves me right was going to have porridge but was too hungry and greedy.
Watching news but itās all about the election and canāt be bothered with it til all the results are in. Used to be really interested in politics but it is a dirty game. Still vote but donāt trust any of them.
Friday is big day for housework for me then supermarket tonight. My big weekly outing whoohoo! Looking forward to getting back to normal but will be taking it very gradually.

Morning, Going to be one of those days I think, tossed n turned all night and ended up on the sofa around 4am. Iām heading back to bed once himself goes off to work and fingers crossed I get some sleep for a few hours. Very dark and dreary here but weāre meant to have rain for most of the day, catch you all later.

Good on you May and Jess going into Town. I havenāt been on a train or bus since a year past in March. Only get out if My Son or Daughter drive me. I will have to pluck up the courage soon or I will be a recluse with no independence.
Walked for paper and rolls this morning. Went a longer way which is about 3 k. Will do 2k this evening to get my 5 k in. Must admit my hands were freezing and wished I had gone the short way.
