Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

Good morning everybody. Sunny and cold here today. Have to pay my visa bill then into town to meet friends for coffee.

Good Afternoon Each, and what a lovely mild pleasant one it’s turned out to be…Shops were very busy but I met quite a few old Neighbours when out & about,so caught up on old times…lovely…Home to a nice chicken salad and a welcome cuppa.:-D…I hear tell there’s snow forecast for next week :-p

Morning All, WOW what a day, just wondering if the roof will still be on the house when I get back. Poor Dageus got blown across the back garden first thing. The ocean is making a hell of a noise, I bet the waves are enormous, but too dark to see till I get back from the pool. Well have a good day and put a few weights in your pockets or you’ll be learning to fly…

Good Morning Folks, aye it’s pouring down here too and blowing a hooley out there,so no yomp for Me today…housework it will be and I may consider getting the xmas tree up…mibbe…
If the weather’s the same on Thursday the polling stations will be empty Methinks…not that Our votes up here mean a damn thing anyway  still Mine is away in the post.
Hang on tae Yer wigs Lassies if Ye’r oot & aboot the day :-p

Good evening ladies. Horrible weather here today so I .was at the hairdressers then caught a taxi home. Was supposed to go into Glasgow but the trains were cancelled till this afternoon

The ferries here were off all day, the waves were around 20 feet they’re saying. Pretty much the same for tomorrow I believe.

Good Morning Each,a milder wet one here so hope it’s the same Tomorrow on voting day

A former Labour MEP has urged Scots to vote SNP tomorrow to keep Boris Johnson out of Downing Street.

In a letter to The Scotsman on the eve of polling day, Hugh Kerr warns against the prospect of a ā€œhard right Tory governmentā€ and calls for tactical voting for the SNP in Conservative constituencies north of the Border.

Stand up for Scotland…You know it makes sense

Good evening everybody. Weather was a bit better here today, we only had one shower. Was in town today and bought a wreath to hang up, still have a few to put up. Early start tomorrow, I have a taxi booked for 6 30, I’m off the Canary Islands for a week.

Good Morning Folks,a wet dreich one here so not venturing very far today,

Enjoy the sunshine in the Canaries Jessie, best place to be away from the doom & gloom of politics here,.I’m fair scunnered with that lot in Westminster,

Good Morning Roxy, and a bright sunny one it is here too in more ways than one after the SNP had a landslide win in Scotland, congrat’s to Nicola and to Glasgow for taking every seat here.48 out of 59,.so wee Ruth can keep Her kit on and Oor Nessie won’t get a shock seeing Her in the buff after all
Had My yomp earlier so just pottering about here and wrapping some presents.

I bet she’d have had a hell of an audience for that, each one holding a mobile phone with video running. Poor Nessie she might have had a heart attack.

Aye,You’re right there Roxy, lol,Her blue tory nose would have been a lot bluer if She’d had to BARE all in Loch Ness.

I’m hooked on watching ā€˜Cashtrapped’ on the tv,and I usually have something to nibble on between 5&6 but no biccies/nuts,so I was tempted to open one of the chocolate boxes which are among the xmas gifts…I gave in and opened a box of milktray…jeeze…I don’t even like milk chocolate…pure greed  :-p

We have had 4 tins of Quality Street in the cupboard since the start of November, they’ve given me some nail biting moments I can tell you. Be so glad when they are given out to family members and they are out of here.

Good Morning Each,a cold wet one here so just doing a bit of cooking for the freezer,G/Daughter went away with a few tubs of veg’ soup & veg curry the other day…take it easy and keep warm Folks…Jessie will be sunbathing and drinking cocktails I’ll bet…lucky devil.

Morning, Cold n wet here today and again with the biting wind, glad to be back home. Just housework on the cards for me today. I’ve never known anyone like our Jess for gadding off, lucky thing.

Good Morning Roxy and Anyone looking in at Our wee thread :-p…It’s a mild damp one here at the moment but the sun is threatening to shine later so may have a potter around the garden to see all is ship-shape…Fed up with those bliddy magpies gobbling up all the food I put out on the bird table leaving nout for the wee ones…I call them the tory birds  …Have a good Sunday Folks,x
