Morning all, anybody left ? or have you all melted in the 30 degree heat, im having visions of puddles of kilts everywhere.

Got my blood results last night, Iām not diabetic after all, Doc took more blood this time for a Thyrod test. Got to phone on Tuesday afternoon next week for results. Sheeze itās never ending. Bit cooler this morning, canāt say Iām sorry as the last two days have been hell for meā¦
Afternoon Folks,still very hot here but thereās a wee breeze so have all the blinds shut but windows & doors open.
Havenāt fallen asleep once today, :-p in fact Iāve been very busy with neglected housework & garden,

Good morning everybody. Roxy glad to hear that your not diabetic. May I think weāre all catching up on housework. Had my hair cut and coloured yesterday. Iām off with my niece and her daughter and grandson to America. Weāre going to Los Angeles the first time Iāve been back, since my brother died eight years ago.
Morning All Back to the scorching weather again today. I beat the sun this morning by getting up just before five and taking the dog to the beach. We had a great time it was still coolish and he even had a swim, and I paddled. We spent an hour playing about before we headed back home. Dageus is flat out in the shade of the shed at the moment and Iām going to catch up on some long overdue choresā¦

Good Morning Each,hot again today,I see I didnāt post on here yesterdayā¦ thought I had,My brain has gone to mush with all this unaccustomed heat,Youād think Iād be acclimatised by now wouldnāt You!..havenāt been cooking much mostly salads & sandwiches,so decided last night to make a stew with lots of vegā in the slow cookerā¦itās ready and smells lovely this mornā,but not sure if Iāll have it for dinnerā¦have a good Sunday Folks,xx

Iāve had to bring the plants from the summerhouse indoors to the cool as they were dying of the heat in thereā¦hope they survive.
Yes, May it has been eight years, there will be a few sad memories, but a lot of happy ones as well. I brought my plants from the back garden round the front. My neighbour is going to water them for me while Iām away. By for now x.
Good Morning Each,a bit cloudy this morn and thereās a lovely strong breeze so back and front door open to let it blow through the houseā¦lovelyā¦to be sunny and hot later so got all the plants in garden watered first thing.

Afternoon Another scorcher today, poor dog is puffing and pacing all over the house, he wonāt settle to anything 
We didnāt take him out till sundown last night and he enjoyed a cool run along the beach, doing this now till the heatwave is over.
Feeling a bit better today, maybe your right may and Iām overdoing things. Ach well, enjoy your dayā¦

Afternoon Folks,itās a lot cooler here today with a nice breeze blowing through the Bungāā¦Bedding dancing merrily on the line and Iām at peace with the World ,so making the most of My contentment now I can fit back into My olā blue jeans again :-p
Afternoon May, Hot and windy here today, but just taking things easy myself. The hardest I worked all day was pegging out the washing and later bringing it in, folding it and putting it away lol.

Morning May, Just back from the pool and having my breakfast smoothie, itās going to be hot again so Iād better get Dageus out soon. You know thereās several Scots on the forum yet they seem to avoid posting here. 
I wonder why. Weāre out numbered by umpteen to one so youād think theyād be glad of this wee corner. Oh Well their loss.
