Morning All 
Slept almost round the clock last night, 9.30 - 8am. Decided to go on a bit of a water fast over the weekend and hopefully flush the toxins out of my system. I used to do this once a month and I felt fine, donāt know why I stopped it but am starting it up again. Wish me luck, itās only been 15 hours so far and my tummyās growling like madā¦
Afternoon All,justā¦been out and about shopping first thing this morn for some summer togs as Theyāre forecasting some hot weather for next weekā¦Weāll seeā¦Good idea to flush out Your system Roxy if it helpsā¦I take 2 spoonsfull of ACV in water every mornā¦seems to do the trick.
I like lemon water in the morning May. I squeeze the juice from a half lemon into my glass. I tried ACV but didnāt notice anything different. Iāve only seen it in Tesco here, and donāt you have to use the natural one from Health Stores?
Aye I use Braggs Organic which You can buy online,or in Holland & Barretts where itās a bit dearer.

Good Morning Each,another glorious one here but Iām staying indoors today as My hayfever is really bad,had to bathe My eyes first thing to get them openedā¦itās as bad as when I was young and had to have a painful injection on the derrier every spring which did the trickā¦Have been taking pills for 2 weeks now but I canāt remember being affected as bad as this for many years.

Morning All Been to the pool and walked the dog in the woods as itās cooler under the trees. Going to have a wee tidy up then a snooze till lunch time. Not sure what the afternoon will bring but Iāve no plans other than to keep cool.
Afternoon Each,just in from a walk to the co-op for fresh salad stuff & fruitā¦had to get the bus back as itās just too hot with a hazy sunā¦donāt think the pollen count is as high as yesterdayā¦sitting out in garden now eating ice cream,strawbs,blueberriesā¦.luvly jubly :-p
