Not bad here today, weatherwise. Iāve done something to the small of my back and it hurts like mad. I didnāt go to the training pool this morning as I knew full well Iād not have been able to climb out again. The Health Suite opens later so Iām off there shortly as I want to sit in the biggest Jacuzzi and let the bubbles wollop into my back as the jets are really hard and fast in that one, then a few laps of the leisure pool as I can get out of that one easy enoughā¦Enjoy your day everyoneā¦

Morning All And so it starts :shock::shock: The hills are covered with snow and itās due to cover us todayā¦ Itās gale force winds and they are freezingā¦ How I hate winter. 
Apart from that, my time at the Health Suite yesterday has helped a lot and the back is feeling a good bit better this morningā¦phew.

Good evening everybody. Cold and windy here today, plus I got soaked on the way to the station. Had my hair done and then into town for a look round the shops. Bought a present for my nephew who is home on holiday from Australia will meet up with him tomorrow.
One of my sisters lives in Aus, when she was here last summer for a few weeks all she did was grumble about how cold it was. She wore a big thick Aran cardigan all the time while I sweated in cut off jeans and a vest top. I told her sheād got soft and she should come home and toughen up again If looks could kill, Iād have dropped where I stoodā¦:-p:-p
