Hot and sunny here again so I’ve just been for a walk along the riverside from Prestbury … a short bus ride away and where the footballers live … back to Macclesfield where the poor folk like me live 
May the hot oil massage and the stones work a treat, so I’ll be giving it another go. Weather was a bit better here today, visited my friend and then did some shopping.

It’s my granddaughter’s dance awards presentation this morning and she’s taking part in a demonstration to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the dance school … my daughter saw it last night and said it was fantastic
Good morning grey and overcast here at the moment. May keep saying I’ll need to get a few things for here. Myrtle enjoy the dance awards today, I’m sure your granddaughter will do well. Just a few things from the shopsthen start to pack my case for Ibiza tomorrow.

OMG, Went back to the pool after two weeks off. Am now aching all over Even took me ten minutes longer to do my lengths…sob.
Need to get the finger out and get back to normal ASAP…
Can’t believe how fast my fitness levels dropped…Like a ton weight.

Good Morning People,a beautiful warm sunny one here 25 degrees forecast,so a day of doing very little…Son is nightshift but can’t get to sleep as His Neighbour has the kids playing in paddling pool and squealing with joy,lol,…so He’s coming here for a snooze where it’s quiet unless My Neighbours G/Kids visit…He’s getting grumpy in His old age……Have a good One Folks.xx
