I’m eating leftover Friday night pizza, lol.

Going out for an Indian lunchtime, I will have:

Chicken Tikka, Rice & dry vegetable curry.

Having a fry-up today.

Good grief, I forgot about this place again. Been so busy with work, I don’t know if I’m coming or going.

I had breakfast, which is rare for me, but I have to pick my son up from school today to take him to his final driver’s exam and I doubt I’ll be getting any lunch. So I had 2 poached eggs (hard poached) and a piece of toast.

Greek salad today with flatbread. It’s not take-away, I made it myself at home. A mix of iceberg and the dark leafy parts of romaine, thin-sliced sweet onion, grape tomatoes, sliced black olives and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. I don’t have Greek dressing, so I used one of my favorites, a sweet Italian dressing. It’s very tasty.

Had homemade Chicken & Mushroom Curry and Rice today.

I’ve eaten not-so-healthy stuff today. I’ve been in and out and on the go, so I’m just grabbing quick bites. However, last night I made a pot of homemade cauliflower soup, so at least I’ll have something healthful for dinner.

I’ve been very good today and had:

Smoked Haddock, 2 boiled potatoes & cauliflower cheese.

I loooooooove cauliflower.

Chicken Breasts, R. Potatoes, B. Onion, Cabbage & Swede today.

Fry-up today.

Cod, potatoes, curly kale & carrots.

I had peanut butter & honey this morning (small sandwich) and that’s it so far. Not hungry. I have a stomach ache today for some reason. Tonight I’m fixing tacos and fajitas for dinner, so hopefully I’ll be hungry for some of that.

Had a roast dinner today.

Cod, Potatoes, Curly Kale.

Today its:

Smoked Haddock, boiled potatoes, buttered carrots and fine beans.

I’ve had the flu. So I haven’t really been eating a whole lot, except last night’s dinner of spaghetti was good and comforting.

I made Turkey Curry & Rice today.

Making a Meat Pie today with Jacket Potato, and bakebeans.

Roast dinner today but with Cajan Chicken.
