No. I just have salmon on the plate… And salad o the rest of the plate.

Oh, okay. When someone says “salmon salad”, I think of it as being similar to tuna salad or chicken salad.
Speaking of chicken salad, I may make some this weekend with that soup. I’m thinking pineapple-almond chicken salad this time.
Hi Linda, yes I always make my own Shepherd’s Pies, I always make two and put them in the freezer.

My comfort food day is Sunday and this week I’m making chicken & noodles over mashed potatoes. Was going to do hamburger gravy, but then I remembered I’ve got a rotisserie chicken in the fridge that needs used for something. So I’ll make my chicken salad with some of it, just enough for one serving, and the rest will go into Sunday dinner.
Today we had Chicken Salad.
I marinate a large chicken breast in Curry powder, Tandoori spice, sliced fresh Ginger, then put it in the oven covered with foil for 25 mins. once cooled off I then slice it up and put in on top of the salad.
Today I am making:
Jewish Chicken Penicilian.
Chicken roast dinner today.
Today all I want is sleep.
At least it’s calorie-free, lol.
Have to do grocery shopping, then I may come home and go back to bed for a while. Horrible night.
Had Salmon Salad at lunchtime, I am now going to have a Cheese Sandwich.
I’m going light today, since tomorrow is Thanksgiving. For lunch I had a Lean Cuisine and for dinner I’ll probably have a wrap.

That’s a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and today is Thanksgiving, so we’ll be heading out soon for a family get-together and we always end up with TONS of food. I try to just stick to one plate, though. I like to have a few drinks in the evening when I get back home and if I eat too much, I won’t feel like drinking. Instead I’ll just want to go to bed, lol.
Actually sleep is the time you lose a lot of weight and calories for free !!
Your body is still running, heart still beating, lungs breathing, temperature being regulated, brain still working etc. So energy is being expended at a time when you are not eating for many hours. You’re also losing water through respiration (breathing) and transpiration (sweating).
