I’m having Salmon Salad today.

Supper: Don’t know yet.

Sounds good. Hope it smells better than my kitchen right now. I just fed my cats this new food I bought them that contains real salmon and whew! Does it stink! My kitchen now smells like a walk along a shoreline full of dead fish in 90-degree weather, LOL

It just occurred to me that I haven’t weighed myself in a while. I need to do that to see where I’m at and make sure I haven’t gained anything back.

It’s funny, I’ve lost 1 stone, 4 pounds and I don’t look or feel any different at all.

Thats a great result Linda—but surely your clothes feel looser-more comfortable–maybe too big—I have not lost a great deal more than that, but everything now is way too big.

Yeah, my clothes feel a little looser and it’s easier to cross my legs comfortably when I sit down, but I still don’t visibly see it.

Oh well. Having a protein lunch today… scrambled egg whites, 2 slices of brown sugar ham and fat-free cottage cheese.

I think it is sometime easier for other people to see–especially when you do not get to see them very often.

Im being boring again—
cereal fruit and yoghurt for breakfast
crackerbread cottage cheese and fruit for lunch
salmon, grated carrot and apple for tea.

That’s true. But the only one who says he notices a difference is my boss, LOL

That’s not totally boring. At least you have some salmon in there!

I like quick, easy, simple–…

Me too. Except for Sunday. I always make a nice, homemade meal for Sunday.

Chicken Kiev and Vegs for me today.

I’m on the go today and can’t really take a lunch with me, otherwise it will sit in my car for a while before I can get to a place where I can stick it in the fridge. So Taco Bell for lunch for me today. The lighter options, of course.

I dont even bother on a Sunday–theres only me here…

No big slap-ups for yourself once in a while? For shame!

Today its Homemade Shepherd’s Pie and Homemade Oven Chips.

No never—even at Christmas–in fact last Christmas Day i did not eat a thing—I was not ill–just did not want to eat…

I have had to stop going to Slimnming world temporarily–maybe till New year-think New Washing Machine–no spare cash–but I do not intend to stop using the plan-so I was really pleased to see that over the last 2 weeks I lost another 5 pounds !!!

I really need to make a Shepherd’s Pie someday soon. Or at least a Cottage Pie. Lamb is major expensive here. But that sounds so good. Comfort food at its best.

Congrats!

And looking at this again… do you see what’s happened here? You’ve lost weight, even without blowing what little money you have on a weight loss program that I know you like, but you probably don’t need.

Think about that

I agree with Linda you have lost another 5 lbs without going to Slimming World, so you have saved money, well done.

Today its Chicken Salad.

Yum, chicken salad.

Today I’m making myself one of my favorite sandwiches (next to the BLT) - grilled cheese with tomato and avocado.

thanks Linda and Susie—yes you are quite right–I also had an estimate yesterday for a new fuse box–£800.00-----they must be mad—I am still sorry I cannot got to SW—really lovely people there—except for 2–but thats another story—but on the other hand, because I can no longer join in the facebook support group, I have been invited to other support groiups on Facebook–so not all bad then…
