Well due to stopping in to watch the wedding, didn’t get breakfast, and hubby was complaining he was starved,so it was a cheeky KFC whilst in town
Town was deserted so hand a nice dander about empty shops
Im still stuffed so food shopping never happened and if we get hungry later, a fish finger sandwich will suffice

A fresh dressed crab, (all to myself, luxury) piccolo tomatoes, lettuce, beetroot, onion and 4 Ryvita flat crispbreads and a fat free yoghurt. Yumm.
I skipped breakfast as I knew I was finishing work at 12, then I got caught up doing something else so it was gone 3pm before I got a sandwich in me
Which meant not hungry at dinner time
Just done a two mile walk as the start of my training for this charity run, my knees know all about it lol
Im not at all hungry but so thirsty

Looks like i’m the only one posting on here.
I keep looking in Susie and sometimes posting. I have found that since trying to lose some weight, I have eaten more like a vegetarian for many of my meals. For example, today for lunch I have had a big bowl of home made veggi soup (I made tons of the stuff and put it in the freezer in little packs). I don’t like to spend much time faffing in the kitchen so I batch cook and just microwave things through. I also buy quite a bit of cooked sliced meat and chicken. They sell little 100g packs of chicken for £1 in Morrisons, - chicken tikka, Italian, chilli, bbq, etc. and it is just enough for a meal and only about 100cals in a pack. I also do a lot of stirfry meals and chuck all sorts in. Mushrooms and prawns are a favourite and I have accumulated quite a variety of spices and flavourings.
Not sure what to have for evening meal yet. Maybe an omelette with some salad or a jacket potato.
Those packs of Chicken, I buy them, I normally have either the Piri Piri or BQ and have it with Salad.
Boiled Eggs Salad today.
