Another notch needed on my belt and I now have contouring on my face which didn’t come from the make up bag
Ive managed to keep dry January going, gave up crisps Feb 1st and biscuits for lent, all has made a difference without too much hardship
Its not been all pain, I still like chocolate and have a piece or 4 most days
Looking forward to the weather improving so I can get out in the evenings walking or cycling
Had our favourite today:
Braising Beef Casserole with vegetables.
Spaghetti Bol tonight, more lentils then mince so much healthier and less fattening
Chicken Red Thai Curry and Rice for lunch.
Homemade burrito for me tonight. Lunch today was really nice. I had Tuscan white bean soup and a whole grain wrap with pepper loaf, onions and baby spinach.
I made that for tea in my slow cooker, yummy.

Tonight is a seafood wrap, perhaps with some soup.

Cheese, Onion & Mushroom Omelette with Homemade Oven Chips and Processed Peas. Yummy!!!
That sounds good, especially the chips & peas. I’m not crazy about omelettes because while I love eggs, I don’t like them mixed with vegetables, for some reason. Unless it’s a BLT with egg.
Its a roast dinner today.

I was doing well until I had to go back on steroids.
I am now on homemade soup and steamed fish and veg.
I am finding it boring.
Yes that does seem a bit boring Swimmers.
Homemade soup sounds good, but I’d tire very quickly of the steamed fish and veg.

Im like a walking dustbin when Im on those, just cant feed the hunger, even wake in the night hungry
Tonight is good old fashioned beer battered haddock, chips and mushy peas, all home made
Sod the calories , Ive worked 10 hrs on a ham sandwich, Im cold and wet and Im wanting comfort food
Comfort food indeed! I’ll be there as soon as I can to share it with you. Of course, depending on where you are in the UK, it will take me between 7-10 hours to get there, but you can always make another batch, LOL
