Just had:

Spicy Pork Belly Slices with R. Potatoes, Baked Onion, Fine Beans, Carrots & Gravy.

Small fry-up today.

I’ve now lost around 5 or 6lb, which is not bad considering.

Today will probably be soup mid morning and low cal ready meal tonight.

Today we are having:

Fresh Salmon Steak with Salad.

Liver, Mash, Peas and gravy.

Ohhh my gosh, I could so go for that right now. It just sounds so comforting.

Today, since I’m working, I’m just taking a frozen Stouffer’s meal, the vegetable lasagna. But speaking of liver, something else I’ve been craving is deep fried chicken livers. I’ve talked about them before in here, I think. And I haven’t had those in ages. So I think I’ll stop at the store and pick some up on Friday (I want fresh ones from our little market up the road) and then Saturday fry some up for myself and cook the rest of them for the dogs.

I don’t normally eat Beef, but yesterday I bought Braising Steak and today I cooked a Beef Casserole for 3 hrs. It was beautiful, just melted in your mouth, the gravy was really tasty and I put casserole vegs in with the meat, and we had Curly Kale and Swede, my Husband had a few boiled potatoes with it.

That sounds pretty darned tasty, Susie.

I’m having leftover chicken, coleslaw and small pasta shells. Plus I just ordered some more stuff from the German deli - Gelbwurst and Bechtle Makkaroni. I needed more of my Bavarian mustard because I’m almost out. But they’re out of stock right now, so I have to wait until they get it back in.

Today I’ve got a Chicken Breast out of the freezer, I have some lemons, so I might marinate the Chicken in Lemon and Peppercorns maybe a few light spices, with Roast Potatoes, Carrots and Brussels.

I’ve not been on here for a couple of days, but fear not! I am still calorie counting.

Tonight will be half an individual steak pie, a few new potatoes and peas and carrots. Just had veggie soup for lunch.

Well, since it’s Friday, it’s pizza night. The boys (my son and his dad) are getting their usual meat pizza and I’m getting a thin crust with roasted red pepper, double onion (I’m an onion freak) and black olives. Oh and a Caesar salad.

We just had Pasta Bolognaise and Garlic Bread.

I was going to say wow, that sounds like a fancy lunch. But then I remembered you guys are 6 hours ahead of us and that it was probably supper.

I ended up just eating salad last night instead of pizza. By the time the food was delivered, I wasn’t in the mood for pizza anymore. But today for lunch, I’m sitting here eating something I’ve been craving… fried chicken livers and a small amount of mashed potatoes.

Today its:

Pork Belly Strips marinated in spices, with some Potatoes and Courgette & Pepper bake.

Today we are having:

Smoked Haddock, Rice, leftover Courgette Bake & Peas.

I’m taking 2 baked chicken legs and mashed potatoes to work for lunch.

Roast dinner today:

Pork Belly Strips marinated in Hot spices, roast potatoes, baked onion, carrots, brussels and gravy.
