Panasonic HC-X1500 purchase date Sept 2024
I have just been on to a Panasonic technician to find out why my camcorder is showing version1.5 . Everywhere else is only showing version1,4 on the internet. According to him version1.5 camcorders comes straight from the manufactures, whereas1.4 is retailers exisitng stock. Furthermore as version1.5 is not yet on “general” release to the public, it will be some time in the future before they release the updated version on the their firmware update list.
Now I would have thought any updated version would be announced in the firmware upate list as soon as it was available.
Update. Managed to make contact with a panasonic guy Thanks to him I now have downloaded v1.6 on the Panasonic HC-X1500
