The platform was great before the handover and is now rubbish. People have deserted it in droves. So what makes you think the original staff in post were incompetent?
I’m not sure whether you have ever used twitter, but it’s very sad what has happened to it. It’s not easy to find an alternative. There’s just heaps of nonsense to wade through on the updated version. Most people have stopped bothering with it.
Do you use Twitter? I guess it not that bad. Remember Musk cleaned out all the fake accounts or we don’t want to remember that.
it’s not worth bothering with it. I used to check it every day. Now maybe once a month and then I lose interest as it’s full of irrelevant posts. The algorithms are ruined. It was a useful news source, but now it’s a waste of time. It’s full of bots posting about crypto or porn. In the old days the system would moderate out that content.

Apparently Mangione has a serious medical condition affecting his spine. There are reports he had an operation recently. I hope something comes from this tragedy to improve access to affordable healthcare for US citizens. Such a wealthy country and yet so many problems getting the most basic needs met. Perhaps now someone will listen. I can see this shooting being a very high profile, paradigm-shifting event, whether he is extradited or not.
