Microsoft codec issue

Windows 11 does not have a codec for some formats such as MOV and some MP4 videos as well. For example my pansonic G9 camera allows MP4 videos to show in windows11, but my camcorder HC-X1500 does not, even using MP4 format. All it shows is the icon then have to click on that to see the video.
A huge thanks to my son Paul for hunting out the correct codecs that cover MOV and the MP4 problems.
this is apparently a very common issue with a lot of people not just myself.
It is something microsoft should address and issue an upgrade
I now can even edit MOV format videos with Adobe Premier Elements editing suite

now the test is to find out if youtube can handle a better quality MOV format than an MP4 one with less degrading, so doing a private video to find out
maybe a slower panning is needed to stop juddering for youtube but not on my monitor

this is a test video

Using the MOV format. Youtube can’t handle it and creates camera roll (juddering). So gone on to try Flickr instead which seems to work. One other thing is if using the MOV format slower panning is needed. Normally I use around 7 seconds to have an object cross from one side of a camera screen to the other. In MOV fomat half the speed amount extra say 10/13 seconds seems to work.
what i would say is video quality in the internet as below does to my mind be much better. Even the fence panels show up correctly withot any shuddering.

Maybe youtube should up their game and upgrade their service???
