Eggs boiled is as much trouble as I’m prepared to go to. 
But it’s so worth it! It does take time to make though. 
I like eggs Benedict, which seems similar. I did make it myself once; consequently, I only have it when I’m eating out. 
Never had Florentine or Benedict, but that is hardly surprising for a Yokel.
I was once in a Social Club and one of the Dry Guys at the table, out of the blue said “My Wife’s breasts are like Eggs”, after the mandatory comedic pause he said " Scrambled".
his wife was sitting next to him at the time.

I’ve removed eggs from my diet. Not because of the problems they cause me, I just got bored with them.
