Nothing new here, the Donald is pure Chaos!
My guess is that it is not just France. It is any socially responsible country. If you look at the list of dislikes that was posted above, they apply to most European countries.
Universal single supplier healthcare - there are a number of models of how this is run and funded across Europe. All deliver a higher level of care across the whole population, at a lower cost, than the US insurance / private model. In fact, I know from personal experience that France’s healthcare works well and the fearmongering shared above exists only the heads of the brain washed. He literally does not understand how it works.
Then he moans about France being third world when the US is full of poor people living in poor areas that are without food stores, without health care, with little social care. Of course there are rich gated communities, country clubs, marinas full of yachts - but that is simply inequality at work. Kind of what you find in developing countries.
This is US exceptionalism at play - believed by people who really do not want to see how badly the society in the US works for the majority.

Of the lowest quality of life and health care. Of the 15 worst states, only Alaska and Idaho are Republican states.
Washington, Washington DC, Hawaii, Vermont, California, Massachusetts, Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island, New Mexico, Illinois and Arizona are Democrat run states.
It is self explanatory of where the problem is. By the standard operating procedures of the left, blame some one else (it’s the GOAT fault), deny everything, make false accusations and distract.
