Yeah, the Dr said for me to begin walking. First only one block then see how that goes. Then gradually build up. But at any sign of stress to stop for 20 minutes, sit down and rest.
Make sure you follow his advice!:-D:-D
Bakerman you have just had an operation, so the shock of all that has happened will make you feel weak.
What you need to do now is follow instructions from your medical team & be glad that you are now on the path to feeling better.
Wishing you well Bakerman.

He was riding his bike and walking just fine a week later .
The one thing you will have to be careful of is accidents because your doctors will probaby put you on blood thinners . So no more sky diving or downhill skiing for you Bakerman take care now
Pleased to see you’ve come through the surgery successfully bakerman. Now just take the greatest care of yourself, do as you’re told and you’ll be well on your way to your old self
Good news BM, nice to hear you’re on the mend.
Don’t forget we are all different, your recovery will not be the same as anyone else’s.
Listen to your doctor and also listen to what your body is telling you. It’s necessary to do some gentle exercise but not overdo things. Gradually build up to what you used to do but bear in mind there may be things that just tire you out. Concentrate on those and if that persists then check it out with your doctor, it could be that you may not be able to do all that you used to do. It all very much depends on the individual.
I am pleased to hear you are through your operation and recovering Bakerman. Onwards and upwards now and take care of yourself.
Pleased to read you’re OK now and on the mend Bakerman.
A result, Mr Bakerman!
Delighted all is mostly well now. You just need to take care of yourself and not rush anything
Good news…The anxiety could hold you back as it does alter the brain in many ways…See if you can do something about that Bakerman, the benefits will help your recovery. Could maybe start with some extra Vitamins B’s in your diet…they do help combat stress’s on the nervous system…
I was advised by a cardiac nurse that many heart attack patients suffer depression afterwards. When she said that I commented that I cannot see anything to be depressed about, I had been given another chance is how I saw it!
